Welcome to the SM Academy Online Admission Portal. Please read the following instructions carefully before filling out the application form.

Keep Documents Ready: Ensure you have scanned copies (JPEG or PDF) of all required documents before you start.
Stable Internet: Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid session timeouts.
Please ensure the following documents are scanned and kept under 500 KB each:
Recent Passport-size Photograph of the Student.
Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation).
Student’s Aadhar Card.
Both Parents' Aadhar Cards.
Previous Class Report Card (if applicable).
Transfer Certificate (Original to be submitted at the school office later).
Registration: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button and register with a valid Mobile Number and Email ID.
Fill Details: Complete the Student Information, Parent Details, and Address sections. Ensure all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are filled.
Upload Documents: Upload the scanned documents in the designated fields.
Review: Before final submission, use the ‘Preview’ button to check all entries. Once submitted, details cannot be changed.
Payment: Pay the one-time Registration Fee of ₹XXX/- through our secure online payment gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
Print Receipt: After successful payment, download and print the Application Summary and Fee Receipt for future reference.
Image Quality: Photographs must be clear, with a plain background.
Session Time: The form must be completed within 20 minutes. If you take longer, please refresh and start again to ensure data is saved correctly.
Errors: If the page shows an "Error" during payment, please do not click 'Back'. Wait for 5 minutes and check your email for a confirmation receipt before trying again.
