Welcome to the SM Academy Online Admission Portal. Please read the following instructions carefully before filling out the application form.

1. General Preparation

  • Desktop Recommended: For the best experience, we recommend using a Desktop or Laptop (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) to fill out the form.

  • Keep Documents Ready: Ensure you have scanned copies (JPEG or PDF) of all required documents before you start.

  • Stable Internet: Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid session timeouts.

2. Mandatory Documents to Upload

Please ensure the following documents are scanned and kept under 500 KB each:

  • Recent Passport-size Photograph of the Student.

  • Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation).

  • Student’s Aadhar Card.

  • Both Parents' Aadhar Cards.

  • Previous Class Report Card (if applicable).

  • Transfer Certificate (Original to be submitted at the school office later).

3. Step-by-Step Application Process

  1. Registration: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button and register with a valid Mobile Number and Email ID.

  2. Fill Details: Complete the Student InformationParent Details, and Address sections. Ensure all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are filled.

  3. Upload Documents: Upload the scanned documents in the designated fields.

  4. Review: Before final submission, use the ‘Preview’ button to check all entries. Once submitted, details cannot be changed.

  5. Payment: Pay the one-time Registration Fee of ₹XXX/- through our secure online payment gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).

  6. Print Receipt: After successful payment, download and print the Application Summary and Fee Receipt for future reference.

4. Technical Guidelines

  • Image Quality: Photographs must be clear, with a plain background.

  • Session Time: The form must be completed within 20 minutes. If you take longer, please refresh and start again to ensure data is saved correctly.

  • Errors: If the page shows an "Error" during payment, please do not click 'Back'. Wait for 5 minutes and check your email for a confirmation receipt before trying again.

5. Important Points to Note

  • Filling out this form does not guarantee admission. Admission is subject to seat availability and the school’s selection criteria (Entrance Test/Interview).

  • Incomplete forms or forms with false information will be automatically rejected.

  • Original documents must be produced for verification during the physical interview at the campus.
